Job Purpose Support Dana Aftermarket's sales organization by improving the way sales teams access tools, content, training, and customer-facing resources. This role supports the development and maintenance of a structured sales enablement program that strengthens sales effectiveness, supports customer onboarding, improves CRM adoption, and accelerates growth. The position serves as a key connection point between sales strategy, marketing, sales operations, and product marketing to help sales teams sell more effectively in a competitive aftermarket environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities Develop, launch, and maintain a comprehensive sales enablement program that supports customer onboarding, sales engagement, pricing communication, and growth acceleration. Create and continuously improve a sales playbook to standardize selling activities, strengthen customer conversations, and improve sales performance. Lead sales-related initiatives that promote CRM best practices and consistent use of sales tools across the organization. Support Salesforce tool integration and process improvements that maximize sales team productivity. Develop sales content, including success stories, case studies, sales guides, objection-handling resources, and standardized presentation templates. Build and manage Showpad content and tools to provide sales representatives with access to accurate, relevant, and current materials. Manage the Preferred Partner Growth Plan and broader sales enablement content repositories, ensuring materials are current, accessible, and aligned with business priorities. Develop and maintain an internal sales website or communication hub that provides centralized access to key resources and updates. Train the sales organization on the effective use of marketing assets, sales enablement materials, CRM workflows, and sales tools. Partner with Product Marketing and Product Management to ensure sales teams have current product information, positioning, and customer messaging. Strengthen customer reference programs and user community engagement to support sales conversations and enhance customer credibility. Collaborate across sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to align enablement resources with business objectives. Define sales enablement best practices and identify opportunities to improve consistency, adoption, and effectiveness across the sales organization. Establish content adoption metrics and reporting practices to evaluate usage, engagement, and business impact. Utilize feedback from sales teams and business stakeholders to continuously improve tools, content, training, and processes.

Education and Qualifications 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, sales operations, or sales support, preferably within a CRM, technology, or sales enablement environment. Experience developing sales tools, playbooks, training materials, and certification or learning programs. Proficiency with e-learning tools, content development, and training implementation. Prior experience in a sales or sales support role is preferred. Knowledge of Sandler Sales Methodology or comparable sales training frameworks is preferred. Experience supporting sales teams with Showpad, Salesforce, or similar sales enablement and CRM platforms is preferred.

Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, pricing, and operations teams. Creative and strategic problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage content, tools, and multiple stakeholder relationships. Ability to build processes, organize information, and develop practical resources that improve sales execution. Demonstrated collaboration skills and a proactive, self-starting approach to work.
