Marketing WizardWe're seeking a forward thinking Marketing Wizard who to play a critical role in growing our presence in the B2B software market. You'll be a hands-on-keyboard operator, directly managing performance marketing channels, email marketing operations, and website CRO. Your efforts will drive high-quality leads and demand generation for our cutting-edge marketing software.Since this is the first Marketing role in a fast growing startup, you'll need to be able to operate with a scrappy, entrepreneurial mindset, taking initiative to identify and execute impactful strategies across marketing disciplines.Responsibilities:Oversee the execution of email marketing campaigns, ensuring efficient workflows, accurate list segmentation, and performance tracking (design and copywriting support provided)Oversee and optimize the company website for lead capture and conversionWork closely with the product team in Israel to manage and update the company websiteCollaborate with Demand Generation to ensure SEO-friendly contentStrategize, manage and optimize paid search campaigns, including Google Ads and Google Max, to maximize ROI and drive lead acquisitionRun and refine Paid Social campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta to capture and engage our target audience.Organize and conduct TOF initiatives (webinars / white-paper etc.) to engage prospects and create opportunitiesEstablish a consistent Voice of Marketing (VOM) across all materialsGenerate new case studies, industry specific one pagers and modified presentations to showcase company successes and ensure maximum sales conversionsLeverage Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to monitor, analyze, and optimize performance marketing efforts across all channelsCollaborate on website CRO initiatives to maximize lead conversion ratesWhat You Bring5+ years of accumulated experience in PMM and demand-gen roles, specifically in a B2B SaaS environment (Experience in B2E preferred)Self-Starter Mentality: Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
