A leading investment firm is seeking a People Analytics Lead to join its growing Human Capital team. This individual will play a critical role in leveraging data and insights to drive strategic talent decisions across the organization. The ideal candidate is analytical, highly collaborative, and passionate about using people data to influence business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the firm's people analytics strategy and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics related to workforce planning, talent acquisition, retention, compensation, and employee engagement.
- Partner closely with HR and business leaders to identify trends and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Analyze workforce data to support strategic initiatives and organizational decision-making.
- Ensure data integrity across HR systems and streamline reporting processes.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
- Drive continuous improvement of people analytics capabilities and reporting tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years of experience in people analytics, HR analytics, workforce planning, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with HRIS and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience within financial services, professional services, or a fast-paced corporate environment is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $150,000 – $170,000 plus discretionary bonus, commensurate with experience.
