Facility Associate T2 (Part-Time Contractor)

Location: Newtown Square, PA (Onsite) Duration: August 4, 2025 12 Months Schedule: 24 Hours/Week (MonThurs; 6 Hours/Day) Rate: DOE Work Authorization: Must be a U.S. Citizen

Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facility Associate T2 to join our Facilities team in Newtown Square, PA. This is a part-time, onsite contract role supporting daily facilities operations and administrative functions, reporting directly to the Sr. Facilities Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide front desk support to guests, visitors, and employees
• Assist Sr. Facilities Manager with administrative tasks and daily operations
• Coordinate janitorial, food, coffee, and fitness center services
• Manage pantry and office supply inventory and restocking
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail logistics
• Issue internal office announcements and email communications
• Dispatch maintenance service requests to building management
• Maintain filing system for reports, invoices, proposals, and documentation
• Keep vendor contacts and emergency info up to date
• Coordinate catering services and lunch programs
• Support meeting and conference room reservations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
