Job Description
Physical Therapist Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in a full-time capacity. The ideal candidate will evaluate patients' functional abilities and limitations, implementing individualized treatment plans that consider the patients' physical, social, spiritual, cultural, educational, and age-specific needs. Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' functional abilities and limitations.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Document patient progress and care according to professional practice guidelines.
- Communicate essential patient information to ensure quality care continuity.
- Adapt to various assignments related to caseload, scheduling, and staffing needs.
- Provide appropriate supervision and delegation of personnel to ensure safe and effective patient care.
- Participate in departmental operational activities, including meetings and information gathering.
- Must have graduated from an APTA accredited school of Physical Therapy.
- Shifts may consist of either five 8-hour days or four 10-hour days, typically during daytime hours.
- Weekend, holiday, and floating requirements may apply as needed.
