Strategic HR Project Lead

To drive strategic, cross-functional initiatives across the enterprise, the full-time remote Strategic HR Project Lead will design and deliver high-impact programs, provide neutral leadership to executive stakeholders, and establish governance frameworks while managing risks and stakeholder communication. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver high impact initiatives by leading the planning and execution of complex programs Provide strategic, neutral leadership to senior executives, facilitating critical path decisions Build frameworks and governance structures to ensure clarity and accountability within teams Required Qualifications 12+ years of experience in program leadership driving large-scale enterprise initiatives Significant expertise in HR processes and priorities Proven ability to prioritize enterprise value over functional interests Strong skills in proactive risk and issue management Exceptional written and verbal communication skills tailored to executive audiences
