Front Desk RepresentativeThe Front Desk Representative provides exceptional customer service via the front desk to establish a warm, secure and friendly atmosphere in the community.Schedule: Wed 6am-2:30pm, Thurs,Fri, Sat 10a-6pPay: $19-$19.40What will I do every day?Monitor residents and guests coming in and out of the communityAssist residents with requests as neededAnswer incoming callsMaintain a neat and clean front desk and entrance areaRespond to emergencies and supply emergency personnelWhat will I need to be successful in this role?Bring a smile to work every dayHave excellent customer service skills6 months to 1 year of front desk, receptionist or resident relations experienceHigh school diploma or GED preferredSenior Living experience a plusHotel experience a plusBasic competency in the use of multiple forms of technology, including: Microsoft Office applications, internet-based and custom applicationsAbility to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays as neededWhat's in it for me?
