In this role, you will help residents by giving medications safely, checking on how they feel, and helping with daily care when needed. Key Requirements:

Give medications the right way and on time

Watch residents and report any changes

Help with personal care and daily tasks

Work as a team with caregivers and nurses

Help keep the community calm, safe, and welcoming

Qualifications:

Current Registered Medication Aide (RMA) certification

Direct Care Aide certification required

A caring attitude and strong teamwork skills

Dependable and detail-focused
