What You Will Do Generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, referrals, and relationship building Build relationships with property owners, investors, landlords, tenants, and business owners Secure new commercial property listings and leasing assignments throughout Dallas-Fort Worth Conduct property tours, client meetings, and market presentations Prepare broker opinions of value, proposals, letters of intent, and transaction documents Research comparable sales, rental rates, market trends, and investment opportunities Negotiate commercial sale and lease transactions from initial contact through closing Maintain consistent follow-up and manage your pipeline through the company CRM Represent KARE Investment Sales & Leasing with professionalism, integrity, and strong client service What We Are Looking For Active Texas real estate sales agent or broker license Previous sales experience required Commercial real estate experience preferred but not required Bachelor’s degree preferred Comfortable with prospecting, cold calling, and consistent follow-up Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and capable of working independently Organized, disciplined, and effective at managing time Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus Who This Opportunity Is For This position is best suited for someone who is competitive, coachable, disciplined, and willing to consistently prospect for new business.
