Java Engineer

Job Description The Java Developer codes software applications based on business requirements. The Java Developer work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action. The Java Developer standardizes the quality assurance procedure for software, oversees testing and debugging, and develops fixes. The developer researches complaints and makes necessary adjustments or recommendations to resolve complex software‑related issues. The role involves understanding departmental, segmentally, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. The developer makes decisions regarding their own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, with minimal direction and receives guidance when needed, and follows established guidelines and procedures. In this role, the developer works on modernization initiatives by the client, converting legacy code into Java‑based applications as required by the client. Healthcare experience is a must for this role. Salary Range: $100,000-$110,000 a year Must Have Technical/Functional Skill Java Developer, Spring Boot, Azure DevOps, Mango DB Write and Support backend services and APIs (Java, Sprint Boot) Healthcare Claims experience is a must Working on environment readiness and SIT/UAT region support Modernization experience preferred Roles & Responsibilities The Java Developer provides support for backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot. They ensure the environment readiness and support SIT/UAT regions, contributing to the modernization of legacy systems into Java‑based applications.
