We're looking for a bright, analytical, and technology-driven professional to help build the next generation of tools, processes, and AI-driven solutions within a growing organization.

This is not a traditional construction, estimating, or preconstruction role. The focus is on innovation, technology, data, automation, and turning ideas into real-world solutions.

Working directly with leadership, this individual will help evaluate emerging technologies, integrate AI tools, develop applications, build dashboards, connect software platforms through APIs, and create systems that improve decision-making across the business.

What You'll Do

• Drive AI adoption and technology initiatives across the organization
• Build and improve internal tools, applications, and workflows
• Develop reporting dashboards and data models using Power BI and related technologies
• Leverage APIs to connect systems and create meaningful business intelligence
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
• Transform concepts and ideas into scalable solutions
• Collaborate with leadership to evaluate and implement new technologies
• Analyze complex datasets and present actionable insights

What We're Looking For

• Experience with Power BI, business intelligence, or data analytics
• Experience building applications, dashboards, or internal software solutions
• Understanding of APIs, automation, and data modeling
• Familiarity with AI platforms and emerging technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Creative, curious, and innovative mindset
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Data Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field preferred
