Work directly with students in an engaging, supportive environment at two educational sites—spend three days each week at North Port High School and two days at Oak Park. A full-time schedule is available, but candidates seeking part-time hours will also be considered. This opportunity requires all work to be performed on location, offering valuable face-to-face interactions and collaboration.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Florida state licensure or eligibility required
• Current or eligible for Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Experience with diverse student populations, including individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Strong communication and documentation abilities
• Positive, flexible approach and a passion for student-centered therapy

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and monitor progress
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and compliance with all federal and state requirements
• Support students in both individual and group settings
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the broader school community
