• License/Certifications: Board Certified in Pediatrics or Pediatric Ophthalmology required
• Experience: Recent experience in NICU ROP screening preferred

What You’ll Do

• Provide routine ROP screenings for neonatal patients aged 0-1 in the NICU setting
• Support three NICUs at Memorial, East, and Transmountain Campuses
• Conduct a single screening per patient during inpatient rounds
• Collaborate with NICU nursing staff and other medical professionals
• Document and communicate findings effectively for ongoing patient care

What You Need

• Required: Valid medical license in Texas, Board Certified in Pediatrics or Pediatric Ophthalmology
• Experience: Prior NICU ROP screening experience preferred
• Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Preferred: Experience working with neonatal populations in hospital settings
