Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Must be board certified in EM or FM
• Certifications: EM Board Certified - Certifications not required. FM/IM Board certified - Current ATLS, ACLS & PALS required
• Licensure: Active unrestricted TX state medical license and DEA with TX address.
