Elder Law Attorney

Advise clients on a broad range of elder law matters, including Medicaid planning, long-term care planning, guardianships, conservatorships, estate planning, probate, and trust administration. Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, advance healthcare directives, and other estate planning documents. Guide clients through Medicaid eligibility, asset protection strategies, and public benefits planning. Qualifications 2-3+ years of experience in elder law, estate planning, probate, or trust administration. Strong knowledge of Medicaid planning, guardianships, probate, and estate planning. Excellent drafting, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $160,000-$220,000 annually, plus bonus. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
