Strong analytical and writing skills are essential, as is the ability to manage a caseload independently while working within a supportive team structure. Trial experience and a portable book of business are both welcome. Requirements Experience representing design professionals, developers, or contractors in construction defect matters. State and federal court experience preferred. Proven trial record a plus. Strong organizational and communication skills. NY bar admission in good standing. We welcome a portable book of business.
