As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Alarm Response in Irving, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor access points, and respond to alarms and security-related concerns. This driving position requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Tue 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Wed 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Thur 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking areas, offices, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns. Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and contractor activity in accordance with site procedures, reporting unusual conditions to appropriate personnel. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and documentation procedures. Prepare clear and accurate activity reports, incident reports, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements. Minimum Requirements: At least two years of security-related experience is required. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
