The Glazier Forman maintains communication between glazing team and management and leads team to ensure work is completed on schedule and within budget.Oversee and supervise all glazing activities on the job site.Ensure projects are completed within deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.Maintain a safe working environment in compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and other team members for efficient project execution.Manage materials, tools, and equipment.Report any issues or delays to the Project Manager (PM) in a timely manner.Submit a detailed daily report to the PM at the end of each work day.Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsCity Service and Contract Glazing Installation abilitiesProficient in basic computer skillsProven ability to lead and mentor othersKnowledge of safety techniques and proceduresPositive customer service orientationMechanically inclinedAble to work well with other team membersBinswanger Glass offers clients glass and glazier solutions that will help restore, transform and increase the beauty of their home or commercial property.
