Thanks for reading our job ad! We are currently seeking a dedicated full-time entry-level apartment maintenance rover in Toledo, Ohio. • Complete general apartment and property maintenance tasks
• Ability to drive to multiple sites
• Respond to work orders and resident service requests
• Support apartment turnovers and unit inspections
• Participate in an on-call rotation as needed
• Snow removal when needed

What we're looking for:

• Entry level hands-on maintenance experience
• Solid troubleshooting skills and a strong work ethic
• Team player with great communication and a friendly vibe
• Someone who takes pride in doing things right the first time
