Responsibilities & Qualifications Implementation Manager – DCE Implementation Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines and milestones Create and manage ordering schedules for equipment and materials Coordinate logistics to ensure smooth delivery and installation Oversee hardware evaluation schedules and associated activities Identify and manage provisioning dependencies Oversee exit related activities and transitions Oversee the implementation of projects and systems Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation Manage tickets and resolve issues efficiently Conduct activity-based colocation billing reviews to ensure accuracy Implementation Manager – RO Implementation Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines and milestones Manage the power requirements and ensure alignment with project needs Coordinate and oversee connectivity setups and requirements Create and manage ordering schedules for equipment and materials Coordinate logistics to ensure smooth delivery and installation Oversee hardware evaluation schedules and associated activities Identify and manage provisioning dependencies Oversee exit related activities and transitions Oversee the implementation of projects and systems Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation Conduct activity-based project billing reviews to ensure accuracy Demonstrated Experience in the following Experience with server hardware NPI (New Product Integration) Experience with server and component vendor supply chain Demonstrated understanding of datacenter technologies such as networking, servers, GPUs, storage, virtualized infrastructure, power, and cooling Provide status reports to stakeholders, identify risks to the project and communicate them early. Work with internal stakeholders and external partners to mitigate risks. Experience clearly communicating complex requirements such as schedules, orders/shipment tracking, and system configurations across multiple teams in a clear and concise way Work closely with sourcing and supplier management teams to ensure contracts, orders, and parts are available and on track to be received in time.
