Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Residential Window & Door Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience installing windows and doors in residential settings and takes pride in precise, clean, and efficient work.

Responsibilities:

Install residential windows and doors according to manufacturer specifications and company standards
Measure and prepare openings for proper fit and installation
Remove and dispose of existing windows and doors safely
Apply proper sealing, insulation, and weatherproofing techniques
Ensure all installations meet local building codes and quality expectations
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Communicate effectively with team members and homeowners
Troubleshoot installation issues as they arise

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in window and door installation (preferred)
Strong knowledge of construction tools, materials, and techniques
Ability to read measurements and use basic math skills accurately
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Preferred Skills:

Experience with retrofit and new construction installations
Familiarity with different window/door brands and systems
Basic carpentry and framing knowledge
