Conviva Senior Primary Care is seeking a Primary Care Physician for its Wellington, Florida center. You will provide hands-on care in the exam room and address social determinants affecting health outcomes as part of our senior-focused model. You will report to the Associate Medical Director and be onsite in Wellington; schedule is Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with 14-17 patients daily and longer 45-minute appointments. #J-18808-Ljbffr Conviva Senior Primary Care
