Job Description & Requirements

Experience

• Minimum 1 year Emergency Department RN experience - Required
• Prior Emergency Department specialty experience - Preferred
• Experience caring for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients - Required
• Ability to independently manage emergencies and rapidly changing patient conditions - Required
• Experience delegating and supervising CNAs/Technicians - Required
• Strong emergency assessment, triage, and critical thinking skills - Required

License

• Active Alaska Registered Nurse License - Required

Certifications

• BLS - Required
• PALS - Required
• ACLS - Preferred at submission
• TNCC/ATCN and NRP - Preferred

EMR

• Meditech - Required
