Job Description

As a Process Operator, you will work in a dynamic manufacturing environment, participating in various warehouse operations including shipping and receiving, goods management, quality control, and utilizing computerized systems such as RF Scanners and ERP systems. This role involves handling chemical trucks, ensuring compliance with DOT standards, and maintaining cleanliness in the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Hook up chemical trucks using chemical hoses to pump new chemicals.

• Double-check intakes and confirm the contents of previous and new loads.

• Ensure correct weight according to DOT standards.

• Change blenders and assist in warehouse cleaning.

• Mix appropriate chemicals and fill incoming trucks.

• Operate a sit-down propane forklift.

• Process inbound and outbound shipments.

• Load and unload pallets and pack shipping containers.

• Ensure accurate inventory counts and track orders.

• Document products and wash out chemical totes.

• Move pallets and handle hoses weighing up to 50 lbs.

Essential Skills

• Experience in chemical mixing, compounding, or batch making.

• Forklift certification and experience.

• Proficient oral and written communication skills.

• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs independently and up to 100 lbs with assistance.

• Capability to stand for extended periods.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eagan, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
