$85,000 yearly + bonuses

• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of sales leads while aiding in managing the lead database.

• Utilize your sales and marketing expertise to engage with referral sources and participate in organizing innovative marketing events.

• Conduct tours for potential residents and their families with pride and enthusiasm.

• Assist the Sales Director by handling data entry, ensuring a stock of marketing materials, and arranging appointments.

• Must have prior experience assisting seniors in relocation or similar activities.
• Should have a passion for engaging with older adults.
• Exceptional communication and customer service abilities are essential.
• Previous work in sales and marketing within a senior community setting is required.
• You have had experience supporting seniors moving in some fashion.
• Enjoy connecting with seniors and their families.
• Your communication and customer service skills are top-notch!
• Must have experience in a senior community sales/marketing role.
