Job Duties and Responsibilities The streaming landscape faces the challenge of fragmented customer data across web, mobile, and living room devices, making a unified view of the subscriber journey difficult to achieve. This role solves that complexity by bridging technical datasets with actionable business strategy to optimize marketing spend and conversion efficiency. You will address the critical need to correlate playback quality and content affinity with long-term retention, transforming raw behavioral signals into executive-level intelligence that drives growth. What Success Looks Like (Objectives) Deliver a unified view of customer interactions across all streaming platforms using Adobe Analytics to drive integrated business growth Improve conversion rates within the sign-up flow by identifying and resolving UX friction points in both organic and paid marketing channels Reduce churn by establishing clear correlations between playback quality (QoE), viewing behaviors, and long-term customer value Provide senior leadership with high-impact investment recommendations based on synthesized attribution outputs and cross-platform dashboards Leverage AI-driven predictive modeling to forecast subscriber trends and automate anomaly detection within marketing datasets Align marketing analytics with broader departmental OKRs to ensure all data initiatives contribute directly to subscriber scale and profitability Core Skills and Competencies (What you’ll bring) Advanced expertise in Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) to architect complex data environments Deep proficiency in video telemetry tools like Conviva to evaluate Quality of Experience and viewer engagement Strategic influence and communication skills necessary to align cross-functional stakeholders and senior executives on data-driven goals Analytical problem-solving abilities focused on attribution modeling and marketing channel optimization AI Literacy and the capacity to apply machine learning insights to enhance data interpretation and marketing automation Critical experience leading or mentoring team members and fostering a culture of analytical excellence Critical experience managing end-to-end data strategies for large-scale streaming or subscription-based platforms Additional Qualifications Hands‑on experience with Adobe CJA is highly preferred Minimum Requirements Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business, or a related field Minimum Experience: 8 years of experience in digital analytics Required Technical Skills: Adobe Analytics Conviva or similar video telemetry tools Multi-platform attribution modeling Compensation: $96,250.00/Year – $137,500.00/Year We offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
