Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated entry-level Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career professional to gain hands-on experience across website content, email marketing, graphic design, collateral development, event support, and member engagement . Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Marketing Coordinator will help manage a variety of marketing programs while building skills in strategy, analytics, and creative execution. About half of this role will focus on overseeing recurring programs and becoming the go-to resource for those areas, while the other half will support new and evolving projects tied to annual initiatives. This position is ideal for someone eager to learn, take initiative, and grow their marketing career in a collaborative environment. The Marketing Coordinator will have the opportunity to contribute across a variety of marketing functions, including: Creating and promoting content across website, email, social media, and publications Developing digital and print collateral, including graphic design and video editing Supporting event planning, logistics, and execution Managing CRM and marketing automation activities Assisting with SEO, AEO, and website analytics efforts Coordinating and leading meetings with staff, members, and partners Responsibilities Create content for email, web, and social media Update website pages using Craft or WordPress Design graphics for digital and print marketing materials Support video creation for web, YouTube, and social media Build, test, and track email campaigns Help maintain CRM and marketing automation platforms Provide support to member companies and assist with marketing projects Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, journalism, or a related field Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and Adobe Creative Suite Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and stay organized Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts Preferred Qualifications Exposure to email marketing, CRM, analytics, SEO, or social media tools Experience with graphic design, video editing, or AI creative tools Interest in both the creative and analytical sides of marketing Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment Interest in marketing to the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry Paid Maternity/Paternity Leave SEP IRA Contributions (after 12 months) PTO (after 3 months) Work Schedule 9-day / 80-hour work schedule (every other Friday off) 2 days/week work from home can be earned after 3-month probational period Some travel in/out of state (1-3 trips per year) #J-18808-Ljbffr
