Our people make us who we are, and we create incredible products and experiences that empower us to THINK OUTSIDE.Duties and Responsibilities:Manage contractors and facility projectsHVAC, plumbing and electricalResponsible for developing data entry rules for EAM maintenance management system including entering new equipment data, developing PM schedules and working with tool crib attendant to maintain spare parts inventoriesDevelop critical spare parts inventory for facility equipmentPull parts from inventory and kit them for preventive maintenance workMaintain electronic and paper documentation for all building and production equipmentConduct financial analysis on assets and make recommendations for replacement or rebuild based on work order history and spendSupport construction/renovation projectsEngagement in facilities equipment reliability improvementsEstablish and coordinate new contractual relationships and services for facility equipmentCoordinate and respond to facility requests and measure customer satisfactionLead reliability and maintainability projects for the facilityLead equipment improvements for the facility increasing equipment availability Support facilities related to capital projects by soliciting installation bids and overseeing contracted workExamine and implement department level metricsAssist with the development and management of the department budgetImplement predictive maintenance technologies for facility equipmentDevelop predictive maintenance proceduresOptimize preventative maintenance procedures for efficiencyResearch and implement equipment reliability procedures to increase equipment availability for the facility Standard hours are Monday through Friday.This position may be required to work weekends and holidays to meet business requirements.SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:Possess and demonstrate independent thinking and decision-making abilitiesStrong organizational, interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, value engineer and meet deadlines required2 years’ maintenance technician experience working on equipmentProficient reading blueprint drawingsProficient with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance repair workWillingness to gain knowledge in in equipment reliability practices and proceduresTeam playerAbility to work with all levels of employees, external contractors and regulatory authoritiesQuality and customer focusedStrong project management skillsUnderstand Contract / Professional Services AgreementsKnowledge of OSHA and environmental regulationsInitiative, independence and sense of urgency Forklift and reach-truck experience preferredBuilding management systems (BMS) and related equipmentMS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, MS AccessArchitectural & engineering documents (Mechanical, Structural, Civil, Electrical)WORKING CONDITIONS:Intense production line presence.Typical manufacturing and office environment conditions.Base Pay Range:$31.05 - $36.28Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. Visa sponsorship will not be provided.
