- System Integration Design & Technical Requirements
- High-Level Technical Design & Architecture Documentation
- Runbooks, Knowledge Articles & Technical Documentation
- Client-Facing Technical Leadership & SME Support
Preferred Experience:
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
- Logistics and Transportation Management Systems (TMS) experience
- Enterprise Solution & Functional Architecture
- ServiceNow production and non-production environment management
- Experience working with Product Owners, Developers, BAs and Delivery Teams
- Platform governance, performance optimization and upgrade initiatives
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
