Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Pay Range: $86275 per year - $111650 per year What’s in it for you Manage all accounting and financial activities for a multi-unit operation, including cash management, payroll, tax compliance, and ledger maintenance. Oversee financial reporting and analysis across diverse service areas. Work closely with leadership teams to support efficient, effective, and profitable business operations. Collaborate with various departments to ensure adherence to company standards for accuracy, quality, and financial performance. Implement and monitor financial systems and policies to enhance operational excellence and revenue growth. Provide financial insights, analysis, and training to support overall business goals and team development.
