The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to spearhead its expansion and operational excellence. The COO will be responsible for leading the company's operational activities, working closely with healthcare providers, and implementing standards and best practices to support the enterprise's growth trajectory. This role requires a proven executive operator with a background in the multi-unit healthcare services industry, particularly in a high-growth and dynamic setting. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach, be a strong communicator, and possess the ability to make both tactical and strategic decisions at the highest level. Experience in managing a growth platform, whether through acquisition transactions or organic projects, is highly desirable. The COO will play a critical role in the company's success, and as such, a significant equity stake in the enterprise is part of the incentive package.
