Customer Service Rep

TempToFT Flex Force Staffing is searching for a Customer Service Representative for a client in Lincolnton, NC! The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries and following up with current customers to ensure that they are satisfied with their purchase as well as identifying any additional needs that they may have. Job Requirements • Manage incoming phone calls. • Make outbound calls to existing customers to determine their satisfaction with the products they ordered and determine if they have any additional needs that can be met. • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication. • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions within a timely manner and follow up to ensure resolution. • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents. • Take the extra mile to engage customers. • High school diploma/GED required Pay & Hours • Monday – Friday 8a to 5p in office. • $16/hr To learn more about this position please visit our website or apply today!
