Airport Customer Service Rep

Make an impact in the role of Airport Customer Service Rep to support the preparation and delivery of goods or services, manage daily responsibilities with a focus on quality and efficiency, and gain knowledge of company offerings to better serve clients. Other duties include maintain accurate records and documentation, respond promptly to inquiries and resolve basic issues, coordinate tasks to ensure deadlines are met, assist with organizing, stocking, and general upkeep, follow safety procedures and company policies, along with provide excellent service to customers and team members, work collaboratively across teams and departments, adapt to shifting priorities and business needs, assist with processing returns and exchanges. To excel in this position, you should have a willingness to learn and adapt, good communication skills, reliability and strong work ethic, basic computer literacy, a positive and cooperative attitude, and the ability to follow directions.
