Job Summary

We are seeking a

Marketing Coordinator

to provide production, coordination, and logistical support to the marketing team within the Clean Energy Solutions organisation. The ideal candidate will have

2 3 years of marketing experience

, preferably in a

B2B environment

, with strong attention to detail, communication, copyediting, and project coordination skills.

This role will support the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns and coordinate the development of marketing materials across digital, print, social media, email, and web channels. Key Responsibilities

Support the production and delivery of

B2B marketing materials and campaigns

. Coordinate marketing assets including email campaigns, banner ads, flyers, brochures, case studies, website content, sponsored content, and digital media. Assist with

multi-channel marketing activities

, including print, social media, digital, paid, and organic marketing. Coordinate with internal stakeholders across corporate communications, legal, program teams, and other business units. Manage project timelines, deliverables, approvals, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion. Coordinate with external

vendors and suppliers

on marketing materials and deliverables. Review and proofread marketing content for accuracy, consistency, grammar, formatting, and brand compliance. Perform detailed

QA/QC

of marketing collateral before publication or distribution. Provide marketing input and support during campaign planning and implementation. Maintain organised project documentation and track marketing deliverables. Support ad hoc marketing and project coordination activities as assigned. Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Marketing, Communications, or a related field

. 2 3 years of professional marketing or related experience

. Experience supporting

B2B marketing activities

. Strong understanding of basic marketing principles and campaign execution. Experience with

multi-channel marketing

, including digital, email, social media, print, paid, or organic marketing. Strong

copyediting, proofreading, and writing

skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform rigorous QA/QC. Strong organisational, communication, and coordination skills. Proficiency with

Microsoft Office Suite

. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications

Experience with

Wrike, Monday.com

, or similar project/content management platforms. Experience coordinating marketing deliverables across multiple internal teams. Experience managing

vendor/supplier relationships

. Strong project management or project coordination experience. Familiarity with energy efficiency, clean energy, or utility-related programs is a plus but

not required

.
