The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing email campaigns, creating marketing collateral, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring the success of trade shows and advertising efforts. This role requires strong project management skills, creativity, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively. Key Responsibilities Email Marketing: Design, schedule, and execute email campaigns to engage customers and vendors. Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements. Brand & strategy: Set our visual identity and brand guidelines, plan state and regional rollouts, and design our trade rebate program. Trade shows: Manage the annual trade show budget and run each show from booth design through post-show follow-up, with ROI you can show. Vendor partnerships: Build sponsorship packages across shows, email, social, and web, including annual packages that bring vendors in early. Digital: Lead strategy for social (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X), trade email campaigns, website merchandising, and SEO. Sales enablement: Work with Sales and Procurement on targeted promotions, sales sheets, and POS materials, including displays, sample kits, packaging, and signage. Your team: Direct our contractors, which include a graphic designer and leads for email, social, trade shows, and SEO. You set priorities and quality standards. Produce and edit photos and videos to promote events and showcase products/services. Insight: Track competitors and industry trends, and report on what's working with clear recommendations. Ad Space Management: Plan, purchase, and monitor ad placements on websites, print, and other media platforms. Trade Shows and Event Marketing: Plan and execute marketing campaigns for trade shows targeting vendors and customers. Organize photography and videography at events for future marketing purposes. Website Management: Update website content, including ads, event details, and marketing assets. Collaborate with web developers or use CMS platforms to ensure a user-friendly experience. Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics for campaigns and events, providing actionable insights to improve ROI. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Trade show experience, from planning through lead follow-up. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 6+ years of marketing experience in B2B, wholesale, distribution, or CPG, including work that sells through retailers. Proficiency in marketing tools like Mailchimp, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms. Comfort with both strategy and execution. You can build a go-to-market plan in the morning and edit a sales sheet in the afternoon. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Trade show experience, from planning through lead follow-up. Preferred Qualifications Experience marketing age-restricted or regulated products such as tobacco, vape, alcohol, cannabis, or hemp. Basic photography and video editing skills. Familiarity with Google Analytics and social media ad platforms. Hands-on skills in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
