Responsibilities

• Warmly greet residents, visitors, and vendors, delivering exceptional guest services that reflect our commitment to hospitality excellence
• Respond promptly to resident inquiries and requests via phone, email, or in person, ensuring timely and effective resolutions
• Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, package handling, and visitor access control, with accuracy and professionalism
• Assist in coordinating reservations for community amenities or event spaces to enhance resident engagement and satisfaction
• Provide residents with helpful information about local services, transportation options, and nearby amenities
• Maintain clear, professional communication with building management and security teams

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a concierge, hotel front desk associate, restaurant guest services professional, security guard, or similar hospitality-focused role
• Strong customer service orientation with a warm, approachable demeanor
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of residential community operations and familiarity with Building Link preferred
• Professional phone etiquette and strong communication skills
