Job Title: Patient Services Representative II
Location: Oakland, CA 94609
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 12pm - 5pm
HS Diploma or equivalent education/experience
1 year of recent relevant experience in patient services, registration, front desk, or medical office support
Experience with patient check-in, appointment scheduling, intake procedures, and form completion
Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) updates and patient demographic/insurance verification
Basic knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, patient billing, and authorizations
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and protect PHI in compliance with privacy requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a high-interruption environment
