Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances. Requirements Law degree from a fully accredited law school. Active member in good standing with the State Bar Association in Florida. Ability to manage a high volume of litigation cases. Excellent client service and communication skills. Self-starter driven by long-term career goals. Superior writing and oral advocacy skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Florida.
