Job Description

Support sales efforts through technical insight, customer engagement, and solution development. Collaborate with customers to understand requirements and help define appropriate manufacturing or production approaches. Provide technical support throughout the implementation process, including presentations and demonstrations as needed. Develop and communicate value propositions that differentiate products and solutions in the market. Assist with project coordination to ensure objectives related to scope, timing, cost, and quality are met. Serve as a technical resource for internal teams, partners, and customers during project execution. Support training and knowledge-sharing activities for customers and distribution partners. Act as a liaison between customers, sales, and internal technical teams to ensure alignment and effective communication. Monitor outcomes and contribute to continuous improvement efforts to support long-term success.

The Successful Applicant

Strong technical knowledge of machining processes and equipment. 4+ years of manufacturing experience (machining environments), ideally supporting aerospace, automotive, or medical industries. Strong knowledge of CNC controls (Siemens, Fanuc ect). Proficiency with CAM software (Mastercam/NX ect) and (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, ect). Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management tools, and lean manufacturing concepts. Understanding of ISO standards. Ability to work on-site in Schaumburg, IL, with 30% travel.
