Senior Procurement Manager – 12 month contract – Pharmaceuticals – North CaorlinaJoin a landmark project as QCS partner with our client a global biologics organization to drive delivery of a cutting-edge facility in North Carolina. Be part of a large-scale investment and play a pivotal role in bringing this world-class program to life.What you’ll do:Own and execute the procurement strategy for construction, EPCM, and capital equipment packagesLead end‑to‑end sourcing activities, including RFP development, tendering, bid evaluation, commercial recommendations, and contract awardDraft, negotiate, and manage complex construction and EPCM contracts, including commercial terms and risk allocationProvide senior‑level commercial leadership across Engineering, Construction, Legal, Finance, and Project ControlsOversee full contract lifecycle management, including amendments, variations, change management, and claims supportWhat you’ll need:Experience in procurement, with significant exposure to large‑scale capital or greenfield construction projectsProven experience leading procurement within construction and EPCM environmentsStrong background in contract drafting, negotiation, and commercial managementDemonstrated ownership of end‑to‑end RFP and tender processesIf this role is of interest, apply today!#LI-KC2 #J-18808-Ljbffr Quanta Consultancy Services Ltd
