Senior Front-End DeveloperWe're seeking a Senior Front-End Developer to lead the development of intuitive, performant, and reliable user interfaces. You'll own the frontend architecture for key product areas and work closely with backend engineers, designers, and QA to deliver a polished user experience.ResponsibilitiesDesign and build responsive, accessible, high-performance UIs using ReactOwn frontend architecture decisions and establish best practices/patternsCollaborate with UX/design to translate mockups into production-quality interfacesOptimize application performance (rendering, bundle size, load times)Integrate with backend APIs and real-time data sourcesWrite unit and integration tests to ensure code qualityParticipate in code reviews and mentor other frontend engineersContribute to technical documentation and architecture diagramsRequirements5–7 years of professional front-end development experienceExpert-level proficiency in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScriptStrong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive/accessible designExperience with state management, component architecture, and performance optimizationFamiliarity with REST APIs and real-time data (WebSockets or similar)Familiarity with design systems and reusable component librariesExperience with frontend testing tools and practicesStrong communication and collaboration skillsNice to HaveExperience building UI for real-time or mission-critical applicationsExperience with CI/CD and frontend build toolingFamiliarity with GenAI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) and cloud-based AI servicesPosting currency (USD or CAD): USDLocation (fully remote or onsite): Open to either.
