Traffic Clerk
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Traffic Clerk to join a well-established company specializing in transportation, distribution, and third-party logistics (3PL) services. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a growing operation that plays a key role in the movement and management of goods across multiple industries.
Pay Rate
$17.00 – $18.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule & Hours
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Overtime & weekends as needed)
Traffic Clerk Duties & Responsibilities
• Check in drivers at the traffic window.
• Assign dock doors in coordination with warehouse managers.
• Sign out drivers once loading is complete.
• Record and update arrival/departure times in GoogleDocs.
• Handle a high-volume traffic window with accuracy and efficiency.
• Support overall logistics, warehouse, and transportation operations.
Traffic Clerk Qualifications & Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required for driver communication.
• Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
