Marketing & Proposals Coordinator

Marketing & Proposals Coordinator G3 is seeking a detail-oriented, deadline-driven communicator who excels at transforming complex technical information into clear, persuasive proposals that win work. This role is central to G3 Quality's business development efforts, supporting both pursuit strategy and day-to-day marketing initiatives. If you enjoy writing, collaborating with technical experts, and managing fast-paced projects, this position places you at the forefront of how work is won. You will partner closely with leadership, business development, and project teams to craft compelling responses to RFPs, RFQs, and interviews that highlight G3's expertise and differentiate us in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities Lead the coordination, writing, and production of proposals from kickoff through final submission Manage and drive responses to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs Develop and maintain proposal schedules, deadlines, and deliverables Write and customize key content, including company overviews, qualifications, and project experience Translate technical input from subject matter experts into clear, client-focused messaging Edit and refine content to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand standards Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure timely contributions Assemble final proposal packages and ensure compliant, on-time submissions Maintain and update proposal materials, including resumes, project descriptions, and scopes Support interview preparation and presentation development Track opportunities and pipeline updates in Monday CRM Assist with conferences, events, and broader business development initiatives What Sets You Apart Exceptional writing and editing skills Ability to distill complex technical concepts into compelling narratives Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously Proactive and confident in keeping teams aligned and on schedule High attention to detail with an eye for consistency and accuracy Qualifications 3+ years of experience in the A/E/C industry preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to manage time effectively in deadline-driven environmentsCollaborative mindset with the ability to work across diverse teams and personalities Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Why Join G3?
