Construction Project Manager

Overview My client is searching for an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to oversee projects from pre-construction through closeout across the Reno and Las Vegas markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial drywall construction, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining schedules, budgets, and client relationships. Skills and Qualifications Commercial drywall and metal framing experience required Experience managing commercial projects valued at $1M+ Experience managing projects from pre-construction through completion Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project schedules Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and field teams Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience in commercial construction Key Skill Requirements Commercial Drywall Project Management Commercial Construction Project Scheduling Budget & Cost Control Subcontractor Coordination Change Orders Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction software preferred Experience delivering projects from $1M+ through closeout #J-18808-Ljbffr
