As an Event Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in managing sponsorships for high-profile Cisco Connect events, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional sponsor experiences. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to operational excellence, aligning successfully within a collaborative and innovative environment.

Manage the end-to-end execution of sponsorships for events, including understanding sponsorship offerings and fulfillment requirements.

Handle high-volume sponsor communications via email, Webex chats, calls, and webinars to ensure sponsor satisfaction and engagement.

Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to process sponsorship interest forms, generate agreements, and track payments accurately.

Ensure sponsors are well-prepared for onsite event execution through active communication and support.

Monitor sponsorship deliverables, track fulfillment progress, and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.

Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data tracking and presentation purposes.

Proven experience in event marketing, specifically in sponsorship management and execution.

Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple sponsorships and events simultaneously.

Clear, professional communication skills for sponsor interactions and internal collaboration.

Attention to detail with the ability to manage deadlines and ensure accuracy across tracking platforms.
