Job Description
TITLE
Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

SCHEDULE
7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36

REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years recent high volume Labor Delivery experience
- RN license (verification must be less than 30 days old)
- Active American Heart Association ACLS certification
- Active American Heart Association BLS certification
- Active Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) certification
- Active NIH Stroke Scale/Score (NIHSS) certification
- Must be willing to obtain EFM Certification within 48 hours if offered
- Must be willing to obtain NIHSS Certification within 48 hours if offered
- COVID vaccination record (declinations not accepted)

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document nursing care for patients.
- Utilize specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills to assess data relevant to the physical and developmental age of patients.
- Provide nursing services in accordance with organizational policies and professional nursing standards.
- Accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered by self or others under their direction.

COMPLIANCE / NOTES
- Candidates with scheduling restrictions will not be accepted. Must be willing to work the facility's schedule.
