Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Role Description

Jean DiGrande, State Farm Agent is searching for a team-member who can help turn prospects into customers. As a valued representative of your agency, your ability to work well with customers along with State Farm training will equip you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products that are a benefit to the customer. Even if you do not have insurance experience, if you are energetic, bright and willing to learn, you should apply. Responsibilities

• Quote auto, home and life insurance, schedule appointments, identify customer needs
• Work with an experienced team-mates to expand your knowledge while increasing your income
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a commitment to success every day
• Using State Farm systems and a positive attitude, win business for the agency and earn bonus and commission for yourself

Qualifications

• Some previous sales experience is preferred, can be retail
• Successful track record with the ability to talk about your accomplishments
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer
• Property & Casualty license or willing to obtain; we offer a licensing track and reimbursement for expenses
