We are a mission-driven organization focused on improving patient experiences and outcomes. About the Job: FFE is offering Architecture Co-op positions to work alongside our Cincinnati team. This paid, in-person position provides students the opportunity to apply formal education through real-world experience and hands-on training. Co-ops are treated as integral members of the team, collaborating with staff at all levels, participating in client work, and engaging with fellow co-ops and staff. Responsibilities Collaborate with project teams to develop architectural designs and solutions. Assist in the preparation of design documents, presentations, and construction drawings. Participate in client meetings and design charrettes. Participate in project site visits. Conduct research and analysis to support project development. Here’s What You’ll Need (Basic Qualifications) Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field. Maintain a GPA of 2.75 or above on a 4.0 scale.
