Role Overview Industrial Maintenance Mechanic – Verify mechanical components of cookers, coolers, dicers, fillers, conveyors, etc. and work to continuously improve operations. Roles open to apprentice and journeyman level candidates. Responsibilities Repair, maintain, and troubleshoot mechanical equipment in a tomato processing facility. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reliability of equipment. Work collaboratively in a Mission‑Focused Self‑Management structure with no hierarchy. Assist in training and development of newer colleagues as appropriate. Qualifications Apprentice or journeyman level mechanical experience. Aptitude for learning new systems and strong work ethic. Experience with manufacturing machinery such as cookers, coolers, dicers, fillers, conveyors preferred. Compensation Starting wage between $33.00 and $40.00 per hour, depending on qualifications.
