In this highly visible role, you'll serve as a trusted financial resource to department leaders and executives while helping ensure the accuracy, integrity, and effectiveness of financial reporting and operations. This position offers the opportunity to work independently, contribute to strategic initiatives, lead special projects, and make a meaningful impact across the organization. What You'll Do Managing assigned accounting functions and maintaining accurate financial records Monitoring and analyzing general ledger activity to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data Preparing and reviewing internal and external financial reports Serving as a financial resource and trusted advisor to departmental leaders Responding to financial and operational inquiries with timely, insightful analysis and recommendations Supporting leadership with special projects, strategic initiatives, and financial analyses Coordinating and managing finance-related projects as assigned Identifying opportunities to improve processes, strengthen controls, and enhance operational efficiency Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals Mentoring and serving as a resource to members of the Finance team What Makes This Opportunity Unique High visibility and direct interaction with departmental and executive leadership Opportunity to influence business decisions through financial analysis and reporting Exposure to strategic initiatives and organization-wide projects Collaborative team environment that values innovation and continuous improvement Ability to work independently while making a meaningful organizational impact Opportunity for professional growth and career advancement Qualifications Required Education Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration with an Accounting major, or equivalent education and experience Preferred Education Master of Business Administration (MBA) Required Experience Minimum of five (5) years of progressive accounting experience Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization Experience using financial systems, accounting software, and other business applications Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented mindset Who Will Thrive in This Role?
